Developed by our community member Kumud Sharma, the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Mentor is a free app for professionals currently pursuing certification in project management.
For context, project management refers to the process of managing and leading a team using specialised knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver a project successfully. Within projects, project managers help lead, remove blockers to success and provide support to those delivering the project. PMP® is a highly valued accreditation that is recognised globally in a range of industries including IT, consulting and professional services, and construction.
The app is made up of various sections, providing users with a multidimensional learning path. This allows them to choose how they learn, what they learn, and when they learn. The app has 60 learning units comprising of various overviews, tutorials, exercises, and assessments. These also come handy for practising project managers to refresh their knowledge. Once certified, project management professionals are required to continually demonstrate their learning and connection to industry practices by acquiring relevant new skills, networking and volunteering. As such, the app is a convenient way to acquire up to 60 units of learning for certified professionals.
